Every Paperwork customer is able to choose from one of our four Data Residency Zones, which determine where your Paperwork data is stored.
Data Residency Zones allow you to remain in compliance with data sovereignty laws and regulations in your country.
What is a Data Residency Zone?
Your selected Data Residency Zone determines where your Paperwork data is stored. When you sign-up, you are able to select your preferred zone, and we ensure your data is stored in that country.
Data Residency Zones allow customers from industries with regulated data storage requirements to be compliant while using Paperwork. Some examples of industries that normally have these regulations are healthcare, banking and government organizations.
What if my country isn't listed?
Can my data be stored on-premises?
Enterprise customers have the option of storing their data on-premises or in their own cloud hosting environment. This is an advanced option and requires availability of internal technical expertise. There is an extra charge for this service.
